Anish Kapoor

I’m quite sure everybody who is involved in art or in design in general, the Anish Kapoor work will be so familiar to them.

I think this is the kind of artwork one could be hours and hours, while your consent tells you there´s a minimum of details like saying, hey stop and keep walking, unconsciously your soul feels that connection, and your eye is enchanted so there´s no one able to stop you. 

Casi estoy seguro que a todo el que esté involucrado en cualquier rama del diseño, ya sea moda, interiorismo, arquitectura etc. le resultarán familiar la obra de Anish Kapoor.

En lo personal, son ese tipo de obras, de las que te pones a observar y puedes pasar  horas y  horas. Mientras que tu consiente te indica que hay un mínimo de detalles y sutilmente te pide que pasar a la siguiente, tu subconsciente se siente identificado,  y cuando el ojo se siente atraído no hay quien pare. 

This is the case for Kapoor´s impossible textures, and the giant and imposing natural figures reduced to the minimum, and a mean nature since some of them are simple organic effects that through engineering skills and techniques he sets them to unexpected levels with amazing results: Love those bright figures, extra saturated and with faded hues, makes you feel the sense of continuity and emptiness, makes also a warm feeling take over my mind and my soul, a feeling I’m always looking for, and when I have it, I just don’t let it go.

Inspiration.

Esto pasa con Kapoor y sus texturas imposibles, muchas otras, obras naturales imponentes reducidas al mínimo; y digo naturales pues una de las características de su trabajo, es llevar fenómenos de formas naturales a inmensas escalas; todo a través de la ingeniería con impactantes resultados: esos colores extra saturados con degradados y esa sensación de infinito hace que me invada la sensación de la que siempre voy en busca y que cuando la tengo, no la dejo escapar:

So: An A+ for Bulgari. Couldn´t choose better for this ring mini capsule, and speaking of collaborations, I would really like to see what Hussein Chalayan, and Kapoor would do together.  Don´t you think so?

Así que un Diez para Bulgari por la mini colección de tres anillos diseñados obviamente por el Kapoor. Y hablando de colaboraciones, me encantaría de verdad, ver una con Hussein Chalayan. No lo creen?
